Well, this if I could sail!! Super easy and fun exercise. Ideally, if your child allows it, you should do it with a skinny, we tried but Amelia my niece did not want to blow the boats from outside but to make bubbles in the water, which is also a VERY good exercise, but not what I wanted to show them .

Ame ate the skinny (it was cardboard), the icopor or anime, was drinking the water (it was drinking because I know my people) and didn't want to do the activity, so I gave him a moment and it occurred to me to do it without a skinny, just blowing and not only did it very well but had fun, which is the most important thing!

These kinds of activities are very good for your lungs, help your development a lot and improve your breathing. Ame suffers from congestion at night and this has helped her a lot.

For this activity you will need:
- Skinny
- Icopor #2 (more or less than the thickness of a finger)
- Table Sticks
- Colored card stock
- Blue food dye
- Glass refractory (always under supervision)

And ready! Cut the bits of icopor or anime, put on the stick and the cardboard candle and sail them!
