Options when investing your money.!
When investing money there are so many things you need to consider, as is what kind of invessor are you? are there risks? fast or slow? there are so many questions that come to our heads.
But that's material for another post. here we will focus on the most popular options by users across the internet.
Investment Funds.
Investment funds consist of pooling investor funds to invest in different assets, which can be stocks, bonds. There are different investment funds that we can access, according to our profile as investors (conservative, moderate, risky) and the return we want to obtain.
Investing in stocks.
Shares are securities that some companies issue in order to finance. The investment in shares consists of buying these securities and subsequently selling them at a higher price, and/or receiving dividends.
Shares usually sell quickly, which makes this an investment with a high degree of liquidity. It also has a high potential for profitability in the medium or long term.
Investment in bonds.
Bonds are debt securities that some companies, governments and other entities issue in order to finance. They give the owner the right to receive periodic interest payments, which are fixed in advance and are constant throughout the life of the bonds.
This investment consists of buying these securities with the aim of obtaining an income, with periodic interest payments.
Bonds offer high yield potential, but lower than stocks. And here you don't need technical knowledge to invest.
These like many others are many ways to invest your money and grow it. But beware the best way is to do a good research on what you want to invest.
