It's been a while since I posted a recipe. Here I am with a casserole: low-carbohydrate and ideal for prepping!

Needed for 4 people: - pepper, salt, olive oil

- 750 g of cauliflower. (I take freezer, less work on)
- 6 thick roots
- 1 large onion or 2 smaller (red onion is also possible)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 1 can of tomato cubes of 400 g
- 500 g chicken minced meat (can also be with other minced meat)
-> The quantities and weights do not really need to be followed, it's just a clue.

- Let the cauliflower cook. You can do this by boiling it in water or using a steam cooker.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In the meantime, chop the onions and garlic.
