Personally, I have absolutely no green fingers. Even flowers don't last long with me, although I love it. My partner, however, is carved from a completely different wood, can also be difficult otherwise, perhaps with a chef's training as a background.
During our annual holiday in France, he loves nothing more than buying plants to plant and care for them with a lot of love afterwards in our small garden. He is therefore very proud of our own breeding every year. and I secretly enjoy double, of course our rookies but also his beaming face.

I'm like you, don't even get a bunch of flowers in a vase properly. But luckily, we have our men for that. Nice, looks good.!!

Nice though! Looks good. Lettuce is eaten by the snails, and I put the tomatoes in the ground too late. They won't turn green anymore, I'm afraid.

Fun initiative from your partner. We ourselves have all possible herbal plants growing around us in the south of France. The air is sometimes impregnated by the scents of the various herbal plants that just grow and bloom in the wild in our environment.(At least: as long as there is no fire.)
