Are you tired of eating all that boring breakfast? Here we have a super easy and delicious pancake recipe for you that will not take much of your time. They prove a healthy breakfast as they are made using whole wheat flour that contains fibre. These fluffy pancakes are super easy with only a few ingredients and 2 minutes of preparation.

Is there any health benefit of pancake?

Yes, they are super healthy as they are a great source of vitamins and minerals. Whole wheat pancakes are a great source of iron, phosphorus and calcium. They don’t need any special equipment and are easier to make.

Ingredients:

•    200g whole wheat flour
•    1 ½ tsp baking powder
•    3 large eggs
•    1 ¼ cups of milk
•    ¼ tsp salt
•    1 tsp white sugar
•    Vegetable oil for cooking
•    3 tsp butter

Directions:

Take a large bowl and mix the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar together. Create a well in the centre with the back of your spoon and pour milk, egg and melted butter; mix it well until it gets smoother.

A perfect tip: allow to sit the mixture for about one minute; this will allow the baking powder to activate, and your pancakes will become fluffy.

Place the pan on medium heat, put the piece of butter and let it melt. Then, pour the batter onto the pan, ensuring it doesn't spread outside. Cook one side for about a minute, flip and cook for another minute. Serve hot and enjoy your breakfast!
