Pancakes recipe No.1
My daughters always say, “Mom, you bake the best pancakes in the world.”
Well, I guess all mothers will hear that.
But the fact is that I used to bake pancakes or poffertjes when I was about 12/13 for the birthday parties of my brothers. I had learned that so well because if we ate pancakes, we could each bake our own pancakes. That's how my mother had a chance to eat calmly herself. Those were always nice nights.
Now it's very nice when a pancake tastes good, but I also think it's important what's on it.
