Pandemic..

#Salud Overnight our lives have changed radically: we were confined to quarantine forced for our sake, almost all our plans were canceled and our relationships changed.

We have also witnessed many suffering caused by the death of loved ones, loss of important plans and economic and social problems, among many others.

Because of all this, which is not little, we ask ourselves this question what impact has the pandemic had on our mental health?.

Since the confinement, studies show that the pandemic is having quite profound psychological effects. It seems that we are now suffering more anxiety and stress than before, because it is generated in situations that are unpredictable (we don't know what will happen), uncontrollable (it's not up to us) and protracted over time.

The pandemic meets all these requirements perfectly.
On the other hand, sadness and depression appear when we lose something, and during this pandemic we have lost many things among them social life, leisure, income and in the worst case to someone loved.

You think the pandemic has affected our mental health ?

Scientific studies confirm that not despite the devastating consequences of the pandemic, I agree with that criterion, this situation has served to realize what is really important in our lives.

As the strengthening of family relationships, we appreciated natural environments more, we resume projects and hobbies that we couldn't do, entertainments with the family such as table games (parchis, domino, chess.) unfinished readings, sharing a good book .
