Paper cake mouldsare super handy to bake delicious cakes. They are oven resistant up to max. 210 degrees and they do not cost much. But did you know that you can also make fun children's crafts with it? It is nice material for small children to cut and paste.. so you can make colorful flowers, fish, butterflies and caterpillars with it!

Below you can see how Jolien of Little Twins with her twins of 3 years has made fun of caterpillars of cake moulds. The girls have stuck them all by themselves and they are very proud of it. The holes for the antennae have been punctured by Jolien himself. They put the chenille wire through it. They have become funny caterpillars, right?

These cheerful cupcake shapes have a diameter of 6cm. Quite large, so take a large A3 sheet of paper (or preferably a bit more solid paper) to stick them on. A coloured paper as a background might be even more fun! Glue with a glue brush is ideal for small children. And don't forget the mess!

It's wonderful to just let the kids do their thing and not interfere too much. A crease more or less should not spoil the fun! After gluing you hang the work for a while to dry, just like the laundry you can hang it on the clothesline or on a string in the room. After drying, stick with stickers, buttons, wobble eyes or colored paper his eyes, nose and mouth
