Pasting your own beginning letter with pieces of paper for toddlers
Making a sticky work is something that children usually like to do. They learn to paste a piece of paper in a certain place. That stimulates the senses and eye hand coordination! In the host parent care they also work with different themes. This time is the theme Letters/ language/ alphabet on the program.Ineke van der Linde tells us about what she has done with a few children in this theme.
Ineke tells:
This week we are working on the theme letters, language, picture book Alphabet. Actually no theme for the little ones... and yet again!! Often they recognize their own initial letter of their name! So, for example, this 20 month old girl. Today she can beautifully decorate her initial letter with colored chips and the fantastic spreadable glue from Collall.
A fun, simple activity that doesn't take much.
