What's it like to start working as a new graduate? How's that switch going from school to work? What does recruitment look like? Homework? All of the questions we deal with in our #PauwelsTalk . Sandy Beirnaert, Eva Van Reepingen, Lisa Carrette, Ruth Verstraete, Andy Uyttersprot and I have all started the last 3 months as recruiters at Pauwels Consulting.
