We have already seen some reports of the (shortened) skating season 2020-2021. In the sprint ladies orange has two real cannons, which like to swallow up the honorary metal. Feel free to call them stage animals.
mostly Femke Cook was prominently present at the World Cup matches. She got the full loot; she wrote all four 500 meter games to her name. That made her the big favorite at the World Cup distances. But this time she had to bow and face humiliating loss. Not everything is gold that shines.
For that other stage beast, it all went a little different. At the worldcup matches came Jutta Leerdam not to use it. This stage beast could not feed her star lures. Fortunately, at the World Cup - just like for Femke - it became a stage spot at her favorite distance, the 1000 meters. Her eyes also saw silver.
