La sibucara es un árbol venezolano corpulento, de tallo cilíndrico, de su corteza se extrae fibra para cordelería y por incisión se obtiene una goma rojiza aglutinante que se mezcla con pintura.
Las flores se presentan solitarias o en cimas de 2 a 5 flores; alcanzan los 10 cm, y se abren por la noche., de 7 a 9 cm de longitud y color rosado o crema; los estambres son numerosísimos, formando bolas blancas con apariencia de pompones.
Sibucara es voz geográfica, “La Sibucara” es un sector del área metropolitana de Maracaibo.

If they are large trees and their foliage is very nice, that's how it looks like a very old and dry tree, I didn't know what is used for what they extract from it
