
#recipe One of the cakes that I like the most is pineapple cake, although I am not a pastry chef, in my spare time I like to try to make them and placate my own cravings.
The ingredients:
3 cups of flour
2 and 1/2 cups of sugar
200 g butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
8 eggs
1 can of pineapple slices in syrup
1 cup of pineapple juice
For the caramel: 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 of water.
The first thing we are going to do is the caramel, then distribute it throughout the mold and place the pineapple slices in syrup for decoration.
The mixture for this cake is the same as the traditional one, my touch is that I put the juice from the tin where the pineapple slices come from, so that the flavor of this tasty fruit stands out.
The mixture is poured into the mold decorated with pineapples and put in the oven at 180° degrees, for half an hour and then reduce to 150° for an hour from there the secret that is golden brown.
