Llevas en tus entrañas
Las finas bellezas
Que la Naturaleza
Pudo plasmar en ti.
San Antonio de Maturin
Mi tristeza se vuelve alegría
Cuando llego a ti
Contemplar tus paisajes
Tu bello cielo azul
Tu río Colorado
Espumanje de tul
En tus calles angostas
Un tierno amanecer
En tu iglesia colonial
La fe que dio el sentir
Del ayer
Pueblito encantador
