Do you have that?
That now that you're at home, you think more about life and how it works?
Or do you numb yourself by playing games on your phone? Or looking for Netflix or another distraction?

Talk to yourself for a day to do a day without a screen and then feel to yourself what's happening?

Then you discover what's inside of you.
What have you been through during this lifetime? How did that feel? Did you look at those feelings and learn from them? Or did it go in your backpack and not out yet?

You will discover that there is darkness in you. And that's the way life works on Earth. That's the law of polarity. Something is good or bad, light and dark. You can't ignore the dark anymore. It comes up.

Choose an event from your life today and write down what happened and what you felt. Let the feeling come up completely. Look at it like watching a movie. Look at it with gratitude. Thank you the experience and the lesson it contains. Then you can let the emotion drift away. See before you throw it in a river.

Now you've let go of something. The memory may be there, but the heaviness is gone. If you remember that moment, it will feel lighter. How much lighter can you feel?
