#recipe Hello everyone, today I am going to teach you how to prepare a recipe that I make almost every weekend with 3 basic ingredients.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of oil
500 grams of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar.
1 pinch of salt
How do we prepare the dough?
1. In a bowl, add the sugar and flour and mix until everything is well integrated.
2. When these two ingredients are integrated, add the oil little by little in the form of threads and start kneading with perfectly sanitized hands.
3 Add the pinch of salt. This will achieve a pleasant balance of taste.
4. We continue to knead until we get a dough with the consistency of wet sand.
5. Once the dough is ready, divide it into several small balls and place them on a tray or saucepan previously greased and floured.
6. We turn on the oven and let it warm up for a few minutes.
7. It's time to put our cookies in the oven for a period of between 15/20 minutes. It will depend on how high or low the temperature is. I usually set the oven on medium heat and my cookies are ready in 20 minutes.
