Pork tenderloin with white cabbage in the frying bag
A nice tenderloin with white cabbage, juicy and low-fat!
Supplies for 2 people:
2 small tenderloins
2 large potatoes
sliced white cabbage
French fries seasonings
Meatmeat seasonings with onions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Put the white cabbage in the frying bag and add a tablespoon of fried onions.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.
Then put the fry spices on top and add to the white cabbage.
Now sprinkle some asian herbs over the whole and mix it together.
Lubricate the pork tenderloins with the meat seasonings with onions, and then put it on top of the potatoes and white cabbage.
Close the bag and put it on the frying dish.
Puncture 2 holes in the bag and put it in the oven for about 60 minutes.
When the dish is ready, first cut open the bag and let the hot steam escape. Avoid burns!
