Precautions to take when taking your children to the beach

1. We must protect children from the sun's rays and dehydration

It is advisable not to go to the pool or the beach during the central hours of the day. In any case, do it with the well-applied protective cream. If you are going to be in the sun for a long time, you have to apply cream every two hours. When they come out of the water we will look for the shade of umbrellas, trees

2. Not to lose sight of the little one for a moment

Before a child jumps into the water, the adult must know the depth of the pool, sea, river and make sure that there are no obstacles or objects at the bottom with which it can be damaged.

3. Surveillance Help

The swimming area (sea, pool) is not a nursery, and parents are primarily responsible for the safety of our children. You have to take a bath with them and not lose sight of them. If it is a group vacation, adults must take care of two or three children each. These people should not be reading, using their mobile phones or distracted for a moment. #kids
