Did you know that you can save considerably by optimizing your business process? Do you want to make your process easier by removing steps that do not add anything? #Flowchart Creating a flowchart is a very suitable way to understand processes in an organization. You see connections quickly, and it's clear how much work is in a process. #Value Stream MapThen we also have the Value Stream Map, which clearly shows the flow of work and information in a process. So you can relatively easily adjust the state of affairs but also the status in the short and long term. You also get a good idea of wastes (waiting times, overproduction, errors etc.). #Visgraatdiagram A herringbone chart is a convenient visual tool to use for detecting a problem. For example, during a brainstorming session with employees who are dealing with a problem. This model examines six causes of a particular effect (material, machines, method, personnel, measurement and environment). #Hypothese testingLess known to me. These tests consist of a zero hypothesis and alternative hypotheses. A zero hypotheses gives equality to an alternative hypotheses denotes inequality. A hypothesis test is generally a procedure to test the credibility of a hypothesis.And then last, but not least!The drawing or #'talk plate' of course! By means of a relatively simple drawing you can quickly see where unnecessary steps and/or wastes are. The advantage of drawing is that it appeals to people much more and that it creates discussion.
