Yup, on the video, is me doing one series of 10 push-ups. Yup, you read it well, in hospital. It's not easy for me to write or talk about it now, but i feel like it would be healing for me, and maybe someone else also. I had a mental health issue, one episode is enough to end up in a psychiatric institution. But I prove to myself my spirit is unbreakable, no one can't break me - unless me.
I'm good now, after a week of being in prison, I feel like a new person, even stronger! Reason, why I'm writing this, is to give support and my compassion to any person, man or woman or child here on Yoors, that suffers from any kind of mental problem. I had a bipolar condition from affect, I'm human and I'm not afraid or ashamed of my experience. I had an awesome doctor, an awesome crew of patients on the psychiatric department. and i fought with love for myself and compassion, collecting courage to forgive :)
Video is a symbolic way of me doing good, me being comfortable in my own skin! Be gentle with yourself, be kind to yourself first and stay strong enought to do 10 push-ups! 😄
