There is a dessert that is a delirium in our country, the recipe is almost always the same perhaps varies in the amount of one that another ingredient but the result is always divine, I tell you about the inevitable companion on birthday cakes in my family, El Quesillo.

This delicacy that has a taste and texture with a unique creaminess is easy to make with few materials, for this I used the following ingredients, the mixture:

* 1 can of condensed milk.

* Liquid milk (same measure of condensed milk can).

* 5 eggs.

* Vanilla to taste.

* Rum to taste.

For candy:
* 5 to 6 tablespoons of sugar.

Let's do it:
In a quesillera add 1/4 cup of water with sugar over medium heat, stir until forming an intense golden caramel but does not burn.

When it is in that tone we spread it all over the quesillera that is completely covered, reserve and let cool.

While this happens, beat or blend, liquid milk with condensed milk and eggs until we observe a well homogeneous and soft mixture, finally we do not forget to add vanilla and rum.

CLEVER! now we add this mixture to the Quesillos mold and we bring to the oven in Maria bath for 1h 15min or until we introduce a high stick or and come out clean.

Let cool and then to the fridge for 4 or 5 hours and will be ready to unmold and serve.
