I have prepared this Quinoa with vegetables that has been brutal for me!
A super meal with all the nutrients needed to feel good.

It was very easy to prepare it.
First prepare the Quinoa, as I did? Well, take one measure of Quinoa for two measures of water that I bring to a boil and when it was already at its boiling point add it (Quinoa) not before washing it very well under a good stream of water to remove a whitish substance that is not very good for the body if ingested in large quantities, saponin.

Well cover it and let it cook on a very slow fire without stirring any more.

Take broccoli, carrots, white onion, chives, pepper, turmeric and a touch of salt with them cut to my liking I have sautéed them in a little corn oil and that's it.
I expected the Queen of this recipe to be ready, and I knew that when the water had already been absorbed, the grain increased in size and it was al dente.
Let it cool down a little and only then mix everything together, gentlemen this has been delicious!!!
