Raised salt painting - strawberry salt drawing
Made a strawberry for the fruit theme, with craft glue, table salt and watercolor . This fun technique is fun for young and old.
How to make it? Choose a drawing and print it out. Thin paper will bubble, so print it out if you can thicker paper (min). 200 grams) or stick the print on sturdy cardboard.
Trace the lines with glue. Any adhesive is suitable for this purpose, but a glue pot with a pointed spout which allows you to draw lines is useful. Then sprinkle salt into the glue and let dry. Once the salt has dried, you can tap the lines with a watercolor brush. Nice to go then the effect to see how the paint penetrates the salt!
