In the meantime, about 17 years old and I still have it! Many times, I've considered canceling my membership of the ANWB because I've never done anything with it... (knocking off on the mahogany)... until last Monday...

It was time to go home again after my stay in Brabant. I had already seen that my left headlight didn't work, but I had a new light on me, but I found out that the light was still good, only the block where the light was in was completely melted, including part of the wiring. Personally, I was thinking about a short circuit, so I called the roadguard. Secretly I was also happy with it because I've been waiting for bad luck for years, that's what I pay for. Like in the commercial, say, β€œD I didn't have a beard.” Anyway, the roadkeeper arrived and he said after checking that the cause was a loose contact of the light in the plug socket. Then it starts sparking and crackling, and it would have melted the case. He said he'd never have to get to cars like this. He's been, like, 1 year old, and I never said anything to it. β€œHow many kilometers did he walk”, asked the mechanic. He's only just gone in, I replied, but only 30,000 miles left. He was laughing.

Anyway, I had to cancel an appointment because of this, and my stay with my mother was a little longer. In itself quite cozy, of course. On the last Wednesday night (I prefer to drive at night) my 'car' brought me home safely again. It may sound silly but I have a good connection with him. Yes, he already has 4 good tires, plus those around the spare wheel (also never needed) but you know what I mean, haha! A tire with a car I can hear you thinking... Yes, yes, but I'm not ashamed of it anymore. There was research done once I read and that's normal, at least for men there was written. They also give their car a 'pat on the back', really physically too. So that's what I do...; -)
