Reading comics, but different
Did you know that you can read comics on your mobile? And also for free!! This can be done via the Webtoon app. This is specially made for the mobile, you read the story as a long strip of pictures. Sometimes there is even music to indicate the atmosphere. Every week a delivery is posted but if you find it very exciting you can also make a modest contribution to read on. My parents don't let me do that, so I have to wait patiently. Some comics you have to pay, but I can't. So everything I read is free.
At the end of a chapter you can leave a comment and not unimportant give a heart that you appreciate it. So much fun for the maker, right? The language is in English but there are also fans who have taken the trouble to translate some comics into Dutch.
The nice thing is that there are also Dutch comic book makers and I follow 2. They are women and that is not unimportant, because when I walk across a fair with Oomroon I see quite a lot of men. So I get a little bit of the idea that it's a man's world.
