Reading, great way to invest your time.

There are many ways to spend your time but very few can be considered an investment, that is, very few will give you benefits.

Reading is a very important source for learning new things, and activity itself helps prevent neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.

Successful people read almost daily, that gives them an extra cultural contribution and helps them to better understand the world around them. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and Space X is an avid reader and as a child he read several books every week.

It is undoubted that work is important in our lives, but if we don't learn to disconnect from it, it will end up burning us.

We must separate work from our spare time and not be thinking about it at all hours. This will take away stress and relieve anxiety.
