yummy! Why do you put sweetener through it? I also like to put a finely chopped pickle through it.! And finely chopped ham, for example, or sandwich sausage, which I have lying around.

@ellesvandenbroek Yes, it is also good to add ham. I do like a bit sweet in the egg salad. This was because I didn't have ketchup in the house, normally it makes for a sweet. :-)
