Recipe Cake Pops

ingredients

1 Big cake (own choice which)

300 g milk, white chocolate

350 g dark chocolate

Decoration of your choice (sweets or decoration pearls etc)




Preparation

Crumble the cake as finely as possible in the kitchen machine. Put the milk or white chocolate in a refractory bowl or pan. Hang it in a larger saucepan with boiling water, make sure that the top bowl or pan does not touch the water. Allow the chocolate to melt stirring (au bain-marie). Pour the chocolate over the cake crumbs and grind to an even mass. Form about 22 balls of ca. 3 cm diameter of. Leave at least 30 min. stiffening in the refrigerator.

Put the dark chocolate in a refractory bowl or pan. Hang it in a larger saucepan with boiling water, make sure that the top bowl or pan does not touch the water. Allow the chocolate to melt stirring (au bain-marie). Dip the satay pickers first 1 cm in the chocolate and then insert them into a cold cake ball. Then dip the balls into the chocolate. Decorate the cake pops how you like yourself that can be with anything as described above. Put the pickers in a glass or insert them into a piece of styrofoam and allow them to solidify.

Which of course is also a nice idea for when a baby is on the way to sprinkle pink or blue mice over it. Of course, this is optional.
