This is a recipe that I use almost every week. There are many variations possible, but I will give you the basics of this recipe first.


Ingredients:

chicken thigh fillet (can also be chicken shawarma or chicken fillet)
smite
tomato
cucumber
Bell pepper
Onion
mushrooms
nectarine/peach/strawberry (optional, if you haven't eaten your 2 pieces of fruit yet, otherwise you'll get too much carbs)
garlic, ginger, lemon juice, lemongrass (from a jar), soy sauce.


To begin with, you bake the chicken. I often do this in oil. Meanwhile, you can make the cold salad. Here you can tuck in what you like. I Start with mixed lettuce often. I just buy it in a bag. I add cucumber and tomato to that. They come from our own garden. I also like to add small pieces of fruit. That's how peach or nectarine makes it fresh, but strawberries are also very good with it.

Ja dat klopt inderdaad. Vallen wel in de categorie fruit met weinig koolhydraten dus is voor iedereen persoonlijk. Wel goede toevoeging van je ;)
