This morning I didn't have much time, but still in the mood for a nice egg salad. I am happy to share the recipe with you. You eat this salad on a homemade low carb cracker or in a hollowed out bell pepper, tomato or cucumber. Also a lowcarb tortilla is delicious here.

What do you need?

  • 1 tablespoon Zaanse Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • a bit of parsley
