Recipe; Low-Carb Tortillas
How tasty and easy are tortillas? You can fill them with everything you like. And if you eat low-carbohydrate, then you just make your own tortilla wraps. It's a try, but when you get the taste, you don't want any other way. I always make a whole stock and freeze them, then I always have something in stock.
What do you need?
- 100 grams of almond flour
- 25 grams of coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons water
