Of course, you can make the most delicious pasta sauce yourself!

The only thing that comes out of a pack is the pressed tomatoes. Of course, you can also use fresh tomatoes, but I like to keep it loose budget, so I'll take packs.
I buy them at the Aldi: the only two additives are lemon and salt. Well, then we can still say it's mock-free.

* three packs of pressed tomatoes - a 500 ml
* a kilo of zucchini
* a kilo of carrots
* six, seven onions
* one whole garlic
* two peppers
* salt and pepper
* herbs at your own discretion
* water to your own idea

It's actually very simple:
You cut everything finely, put it in a saucepan - with the pressed tomatoes. Bring to a boil (stir well in the meantime!) and then let it simmer for an hour. You can add some water if you want it thinner.

If you have difficult eaters, you can put the blender through. Then let it cool down first, otherwise you might still hurt yourself with any splashes.

I like to freeze it, but you're also very good at it.

The above recipe is enough for a liter or 3 - 3.5. It's a bit about how much water you've put in.

It's super tasty about cooked pasta, with some grated cheese on top.

Bon Appetit!!
