RECIPE: Potato salad from cauliflower

It tastes as tasty as ordinary potato salad, but with a fraction of the carbohydrates!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams of cauliflower florets finely
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 eggs
  • fresh dill to your liking
  • salt and pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Put the cauliflower florets in a medium saucepan and put them under cold water.

Bring the water to a boil and boil the cauliflower florets until tender.
