Green cabbage... from it I make delicious cabbage rolls... a dish that fits perfectly with these autumn days...
Served with an airy herb cheese sauce and a multi-grain sandwich, but also with a hearty mashed potatoes, a portion of rice or a plate of pasta, this is an excellent combination.

This is what we need for this:

500 g minced meat
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Dragon
Oregano
Satay
Garlic in pieces
Grated carrots
One green and one yellow pepper cut into pieces
olive oil
A can of tomato cubes
Bit of water
A flea of herb cheese
And, of course, a green cabbage (savoy cabbage)

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch 8 to 10 cabbage leaves by placing them in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
Then drain them.
Put a little olive oil in a pan (or tagine) and add the garlic, carrots and pieces of sweet pepper.
