Because meal preppen is hot, I make some containers of pasta carbonara... nice and easy when I don't have time to cook.

Supplies:

One finely chopped onion
A finely chopped clove look
300 g of bacon cubes
400 ml of culinary cream
250 g of herb cheese
One egg yolk
Wholemeal paste
olive oil
Water
Pinch of salt


Method:

Cook the pasta until tender in a generous amount of water with a dash of olive oil and a little salt.

The oil and salt make the water for your pasta less likely to boil over.
