Recipe tip from Mrs. Dot... Pasta sauce...
As a pasty lover I regularly make my own interpretation of Spaghetti Bolognese. The recipe of this delicious pasta sauce I like to share with you, it is a large amount, but you can also freeze this so easy if you don't have much time to cook.
What goes in the (high) pan?
Olive oil and a little bit of butter...
A few cloves of garlic and a shredded red onion...
Oregano, black pepper, tarragon and a few drops of tabasco...
For the carnivores:
Mixed minced meat (1kg) + a can of corned beef...
For the vegetarians:
Vegetarian crumb
Grated carrots, cubes of paprika and zucchini...
4 cans of peeled tomatoes diced and 1 small can of tomato paste...

Mijn vriend heeft dragon in de tuin, dus zal dit recept gauw eens maken.
Ook heel handig een grote hoeveelheid in een keer maken.
Heb ook vaak weinig tijd om te koken.

ziet er heel goed uit maar hier maakt mijn man de spaghettisaus en ook die is overheerlijk
Ziet er lekker uit. Altijd goed om wat achter de hand te hebben.
Het is zelfs lekker in combinatie met aardappelen of op een tosti... echt multifunctionele saus ;-)
