A delicious cup of hot soup after a long walk, a cup of soup to get back on top... a nice plate of soup to satisfy your hunger or just as a snack...
Who doesn't love it? And it's healthy too, especially when you make them yourself.
I like to have a few kinds of soup in portions in my freezer compartment, warming up is so done.

Today I make tomato soup with balls, but also without balls or with cream cheese, this soup is to feast on.

Supplies:

300g leeks
300g white celery
300g carrots
300g onions
750g soup tomatoes (defelt and cut into pieces)
100g tomato paste
100g fat (butter or vegetable)
About 3 liters of broth
A herb garden (bay leaf, parsley and thyme)
Pepper and salt
Room (possibly)
Possibly a little cayenne pepper for a spicy touch
