Recipe tip from Mrs. Stip... Apple speculaas crumble...
The time of speculoos has come again. you can see cute figures and delicious pepper nuts everywhere. I have to admit, speculoos is good, but sometimes you just have too much of it and certainly after December 6th. time for a cake so.
What do you need for this?
For the bottom of the cake:
150 g speculoos
100 g butter
For the filling of the cake:
4 apples
2 full tablespoons of dark candy sugar
A little butter
Possibly raisins
For the crumble:
75 g speculoos
50 g butter
50 g flour
Als er nog kruidnootjes over zijn na Sint dan maak ik hem wellicht nog een keer daar mee.
