While many a social media channel has full discussions going on about whether or not the Christmas tree should still stand. Meanwhile, there is also confusion about when Lost Monday falls right now, we still have to try to endure blue Monday, and there are already people who are concerned about the upcoming Valentine, I'm going to work with puff pastry and a mint piece. Yes yes. you read it right. 6 January, it is Epiphany and that includes a Epiphany cake. This traditional cake normally consists of puff pastry and frangipane and the cake hides a bean, a porcelain figure or a coin. However, my daughter and myself don't like to eat frangipane so I make it a different puff pastry cake.

What do you need for this?

Ready puff pastry (bottom and lid)
Mascarpone (250 g)
Cherries (1 goblet)
Sugar (2 tablespoons)
Eggs (2 pieces)
And, of course, a coin (remember to wash this off very well before you put it in the cake)
An oven
A baking pan
A mixer to beat egg whites stiff
Bowls to mix everything
A fork and spatula

How do you proceed?
