How to make and stack hamburgers yourself between a sandwich. Fun to do and your kids will thank you. You immediately have the health level and taste in your own hands. There's a little time crawling in, but the final taste explosion on your tongue is well worth it.
The burger's recipe:
600 g fresh minced chicken from the butcher (100 g per burger)
A rock-fresh egg from your own chicken
Provencal herbs, quite a lot
A little pepper
Breadcrumbs
A little flower
Olive oil for baking


Mix the minced meat with an egg, the Provencal herbs and a little pepper.
Mix this whole with breadcrumbs, add breadcrumbs until the meat mixture sticks a little bit, but is no longer too sticky.
Prepare a bowl with a little flour and mix some Provencal herbs in it.
Just put this aside.
