It's pumpkin time again. the vegetable garden is still full of pumpkins but you are also a little tired of the pumpkin soup. then this original pancake recipe is a nice alternative.
A culinary delight finished with a spoonful of cream cheese, a little syrup and a few roasted pumpkin seeds, but also simply delicious with a spoonful of sugar. 

What do you need?

Half a pumpkin (about 500 g) peeled, diced and boiled in water for a dozen minutes so that they are soft
200 g flour
200 ml milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon or 2 tablespoons if you like cinnamon
A pinch of salt
