Red Velvet Coockies

Hello! here I bring you one of my favorite recipes, I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar.
- 200 grams of all-purpose flour.
- 8 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
- 1 pinch of salt.
- 100gr of butter.
- 160gr of sugar.
- 1 egg.
- teaspoon of vanilla.
- Red coloring (quantity of your preference).
- 180gr of white chocolate rain.

PREPARATION:
Add the milk and vinegar and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve the flour, cocoa and salt with the bicarbonate of soda. Then mix the butter and sugar until it is well cream, add the egg and vanilla and continue mixing. Then add the flour little by little, add the cut milk and the coloring and finally wrap it in paper fillet and leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Make balls of approximately 30 / 40gr according to the choice you prefer and bake at 350ºF for 12/13 minutes.
