"Albondigas de Garbanzos".

Las albondigas de garbanzos, son una receta, judia especial para preparar en las cenas del shabbat, se suele acompañar con varios platillos especiales ya que en esta cena se preparan grandes cantidades de comida, para que sobre hasta el día siguiente que no se cocina.
INGREDIENTES:
500 gr garbanzos
1 cebolla
Cilantro al gusto.
1 cuchara aceite.
Comino
Pimienta
Achote en polvo, para dar el color.
Ajo.
1 cucharadita polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita bicarbonato de sodio
2 cucharas agua
Sal al gusto.
Preparación
1. Remojar los garbanzos en mucho agua por la noche anterior, nosotros lo colocamos en remojo desde el dia jueves por la noche.
2. Luego de pasar la noche en remojo vamos a lavar y poner en la procesadora.
3. Procesar con el resto de los ingredientes menos el bicarbonato y el agua.
4. Teniendo mucho cuidado que no quede muy cremoso.
5. Tapar y guardar en nevera 2 horas. Se puede congelar.
6. Mezclar bicarbonato con agua y agregar a la mezcla justo antes de freir.
7. Freir en aceite no muy caliente.
Se suele servir en un plato grande o bandeja, para que los participantes de la cena puedan, servirse ellos mismos.
