TEQUEÑOS
Tequeños are another food of Gods for Venezuelans. They are easy to make and great to eat for breakfast or dinner. Well, I would eat them anytime.Ingredients:
1 Kilo of wheat flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
¾ cup water
1 Kilo of semi-hard cheese (Cut cheese sticks of about 15 grams each and with a height of 10 centimeters)
Oil for frying

Preparation:
Put in a bowl the water, sugar and salt and a dash of oil, stir and then begin to put the wheat flour, knead the flour until the flour comes out of the hands.
Transfer the flour to a previously floured work surface to prevent the flour from sticking, knead until the flour feels smooth.
Take a portion of flour and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough until it is spread on the table with a thickness of 3 millimeters.
