Recycle art
These animals grow up in peace. Free-range throughout the Netherlands and with donations from many people, an extensive stock of materials has been collected.
Horseshoes, tools, kitchen items, cutlery, stones and scraps of wood from workshops and the forest on the Veluwe.
The parts lie quietly in the closet to mature until the design is time. Then new animals form on the test table.
Here they stay for a while to grow further.
Details can still be changed and the best fastening technique is looked at calmly.
Drilling, gluing, grinding, pop nails or welding?
When the recycle animal has grown completely, it's time to go to the workshop and come to life.
Once finished, they go home in the pannier.
There, the animals may be derusted, oiled or varnished.
Sometimes the flat animals get a nice frame or pedestal.
This material is also recycled and not perfect.
Rarely is there a piece of straight or smooth.
Sanding, oil or varnish on it and then the animals are ready to be shown to the world.
For lovers, they are all available for adoption via:

With the proceeds, Prince Fluffy Kareem, a shelter for horses, donkeys, cats and dogs in Egypt is supported.
