Reduce consumption. Yes! As you hear it. If you don't really need something, why are you going to buy it? We don't need as many things as they make us believe, and many of our needs, we can solve them differently.

For example, reduce the purchase of bottled water.

Did you know that bottled water is one of the main sources of plastic contamination?

Did you also know that in countries where tap water is potable, bottled water has the same origin as that of your home?

Don't waste your money and help prevent plastic buildup in the environment.
