#Regels of God.

The thought that we had the #regels To fulfill God in order to enter heaven is wrong. Many people believe this, but this is not biblical. Through the work of Jesus, we are exempted from the law. In the Old Testament, the Jews lived under the law. Not only under the 10 commandments, but under a lot more laws. The Jews made this even more difficult by taking laws as wide as possible. Even today, traditional Jews still live by all these rules. The 10 commandments say no work on the Sabbath is allowed. The Sabbath runs from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset some take the beginning of sunset as a start. A derivative rule of this commandment is that the Jews were not allowed to light a candle at Friday's sunset. Nowadays there are Jews who are therefore not allowed to turn on the light in the house. The Jews who could afford that hired a non-Jewish girl for that kind of chores. That girl wasn't under the law, and she could do those chores.
People who say that you have to follow the rules of God to stand in heaven with a leg in the OT and a leg in the NT. The NT says that the rules God gives us are given as a manual. The way to live with God. When you have a smart TV, the possibilities are almost endless. If you are a bit technical, you can use the TV without the manual. You only know all the possibilities when you read the manual carefully. This allows us to further develop contact with God when you follow the rules that God gives us.
The only reason we come into heaven is when we believe that Jesus is our savior who has suffered for all our sins, died and risen for all our sins. No one or nothing can add or take anything off that. When we know that He has done all of this for us, we become grateful and we stand differently in life. Out of gratitude, we're going to do good work. We get an eye for our neighbor who need help.
Jesus summarizes this in two commandments that are equal to each other. 1 Love God above all else. 2 Love your neighbor as yourself and yes, for that you must also love yourself.
