Relaxed Life, what is that, what do I mean by that? For me, being relaxed is nice to sit in my skin and have peace in my head. If so, I experience synchronicity in my life, then #geluk and #tevredenheid Admit me.
When you are relaxed you make good choices, both for yourself and for the earth and society. You experience no time pressure and no stress so you can calmly tune in to what you feel and let your thoughts go about it.
When you are relaxed there is a good flow between body, mind and soul, feeling, thinking and life.
#Adem is the bridge between body and mind. You probably know that after a while at your computer you've been puzzling in a beautiful sentence you breathe a sigh of relief. During the βpuzzleβ your breath was high and shallow, there was tension. That's not so bad at all, but it does when chronic tension or pressure arises.
