Choose to grind the channels on the side with less detail we have used a 5mm diamond rotary disc to create a channels through the crack to incorporate the glue a channel has also been created along the crack to allow the transparent epoxy to the pool so that it can penetrate through the crack wall.

We will use a 12 gauge copper wire, after that we will put the razor blade inserted into the crack to widen the gap for better penetration of epoxy to the crack walls.

Heating the cup and epoxy at 120-140 degrees F will make the epoxy more liquid and allow it to penetrate through the crack. Heat the epoxy before mixing it and make sure that the two parts do not touch to prevent the curing time from starting, 20 or 140 degrees, however, it will reduce curing time for epoxy from 5 minutes to about 2 minutes

Place the cup so that the crack and channels grinded on the bottom before placing the mixing epoxy, after applying the epoxy, inspect the other side of the crack to verify that the epoxy passed through the walls of the crack.

Remove the razor blade while the epoxy remains very liquid, the clamp before the epoxy hardens and put back in the oven for optimal healing force.
