The senator had a special visit. General Douglas Porter, a tangled fifties and a typical military man with his millimetered head of hair, hard traits and a square head that could probably take down the hardest boulders, was in the senator's pocket. According to the established authorities and the main news media, the general was a guy in a piece, a man who had a brother dead from corruption.. Yet there was something he was anxiously trying to keep a secret. Something that would put him in a completely different light. Facts not known by anyone. However, the senator made her job to find out such things and use them to her advantage. General Douglas Porter secretly had a preference for little boys and he kept that secret from the outside world and primarily from his wife.. The senator had confronted him in his appointment as head of the United States of the Western Community Armed Forces. Not just with words. A veteran like Douglas Porter would have laughed this away. But she had tossed him the evidence, photo after photo, telling him that she had put this information in a safe place and that she would bring it out if he did not cooperate. Douglas Porter knew how the world turned, he would never have taken it this far.. She had him in his power and he knew. His first question was a normal inference from the senator's actions.

β€œWhat do you ask of me because you wouldn't bring this to the public, Senator? He knew her reputation. However, Porter had always been careful on the occasions that he could have satisfied his irrepressible lust. He always took the necessary security measures to avoid discovery. One of his victims must have betrayed him. They had set a trap and he had walked into it naked. There was no other possibility. The senator had probably waved a bunch of money, won the grand prize and captured the irrefutable facts on photo and film. The indisputable evidence that now placed him under her influence. On the other hand, as a man of the hard line and the goal she had in mind - even though the means to push him for her cart were not really Catholic - appealed to him.

β€œIs this in any way a danger to the health of the men who come under my command? Will they experience bodily adverse effects after implantation of this CB-chip?’

Soldiers of all rank, who risked their lives for the nation and for him, were above all something he attached great importance to. He knew the dangers of the battlefield just like another soldier, but if she had any evil intentions with her chip, then...! If she couldn't convince him of that, he'd drag her from behind her desk and break her neck with his own hands. He would take the consequences if her security personnel were to get him alive.. At such a moment, a loaded gun in his mouth would be quicker than any of her security personnel.
